Dear Friends,
Just as I can claim 100% of my late husband’s Social Security benefit at the earliest age of 60 (if I am not remarried before age 60), if you are divorced and had been married for 10 years, you have access to up to half of your ex-spouses Social Security retirement benefit. This could be more than your benefit would be – so please read the first article. If you know someone who is thinking of divorce, please let them know I am available to help them figure one this and many other financial issues and decisions that they will affect them.
I enjoy the added security that my VISA has with the embedded chip. It was regularly required when we used our credit cards in Europe this past fall.
Please let me know of any topics that you would like to see covered in my newsletter that is for you, your family and friends!
Sincerely,
Pam
